I have been going to Dr. Richards for five years. I would never say going to the dentist is a pleasant experience but if you have to go, Dr. Richards and her staff are fantastic. Everyone is pleasant and professional and they really care for their patients.The staff doesn’t seem to have any turnover which usually means the staff are treated right and are happy with their jobs which is reflected in their performance. The practice seems to have all the latest technology so if you haven’t been to the dentist in the last five years the experience is much better than it used be. The bottom line is Dr. Richards is a gem and I highly recommend this practice.

Simply the best! Very caring and state of the art equipment the everyone is an expert to implement. Been going to this practice for about 10 years and I see no reason to switch providers. Really pleasant lobby and practice with welcoming decor and staff. Still the dentist, but feels like it’s not!

I was greeted by name as I came inter the office. They took me for my appointment a couple of minutes early. Everything was ready. Everyone is friendly. I got my filling and was out in under an hour. Couldn’t ask for better.

I am so happy I found this practice! Professional, knowledgeable, truly focused on patient care, and they don't try to upsell you on anything you don't need. Doctor Richard is fantastic - she takes time to walk you through every procedure and answers all your questions. Jordyn, Pam and the rest of the staff are amazing as well - friendly, accommodating and genuinely caring. I finally found a dental office I can trust.

These guys are amazing at what they do. I have been coming here for several years now and I always enjoy my experience which is saying a lot as I spent a good deal of my younger years avoiding the dentist due to some bad experiences I have had with other dental offices in the past. Everyone is friendly and professional and I almost never feel any pain regardless of what they are doing. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

I am a travel nurse from Georgia and I had a filling fall out while in golden. This office got me in within two days of calling and filled my cavity. Very nice and personable staff and very accommodating. I would use this dentist office full time if I lived here!

I’m always very satisfied with the quality of service provided at Dentistry at Golden Ridge. The office has impressive technology, such as a 3D scanner to get mouth images from one year to the next. The dental hygienist really takes the time to answer questions and provide suggestions on ways to improve dental hygiene, and Dr. Richard has extensive knowledge of the field.

Best cleaning I've ever experienced! I've had to visit different dentists around the Mountain West, from Boise, Salt Lake, and now Denver, and this has by far been the most thorough and inviting practice I've experienced. Dr. Richard and her team went above and beyond to educate me on my current dental health and how it affects my overall well-being, something I hadn't experienced before. I am accustomed to booking simple cleanings, which are efficient but not nearly as quality as Golden Ridge's. Their attention to detail, combined with up-to-date technology and professional practices, has helped me establish and feel comfortable about a healthier path forward. Even if I have to move to another city in the West, I will highly consider making a special trip to keep Dr Richard as my dentist.

Just had a molar extracted by Dr. Richard. I was pretty nervous, but they were awesome. Took the time to numb me where I never felt any pain or pinch. Dr. Richard removed that tooth in 5 minutes. Never felt a thing. They gave very detailed and thorough after care instructions. Highly recommend.

I lived for a year and a half in Golden and had the absolute fortune to have my dental work done at Dentistry at Golden Ridge. After moving, I cannot go again to just any average dentist. My standard cleaning was denied because they have an additional service they would rather charge for called a Deep Cleaning. This also comes with an additional charge. They say it is because they care about the health of my teeth. However, refusing to perform the standard cleaning and "requiring" additional services with additional charges begs to differ.

You won’t find a more family friendly place than here. My kids and I come at the same time and they are wonderful. My daughter has had some teeth issues and Dr. Richard has done an amazing job of explaining the issues and only treating when necessary. They always give us upfront cost. All this practice cares about is collecting their 8,000$ a day. They over charge so much to the point it makes it unaffordable. It's not worth the poor dental care, especially from Verschave who is slow and in experienced. Not worth coming here, they'll just over charge you.

I cant speak on her practice now, but Dr. Irwin-Richard treated me long ago at Gentle Smiles I believe, she was the best dentist I have ever had, my mouth was completely destroyed from an old sports injury and she put out out all of the fires I had going on with my damaged teeth. My only regret is not living close to her location now, as I would definitely choose her without question. With all due respect, she does absolutely the best for her patients and has an empathy often missing from doctors that is truly appreciated! Thank you!!

After paying for extensive dental care, halfway through the healing process, Denistry at Golden decided not to accept my dental insurance, Delta, a highly established and reliable company. They left me screwed!! At this point, I will say that, overall, I was satisfied with the care and experise of your business. However, being told that my next cleaning appt would be nearly $400, I believe the exact quote I heard was $371. And now, in your response, you are quoted as saying that you still accept my insurance. I am greatly confused. I do not doubt the integrity of your intentions. However, as a "former" client, I am disappointed and frustrated. The insurance game is just that, a game (and a scam).

Ok…if you’re like me and aren’t crazy about going to the dentist, this practice may be a good fit for you. I just had a crown procedure and was … well I was nervous. Dr (DDS) Jamie and Natalie, Jamie’s right-hand professional assistant were so caring and kind by walking me through what to expect - it really put my mind at ease. They are wonderful and each encounter with Dentistry at Golden Ridge has changed my feelings about visiting the dentist: from Sarah in reception to the professionals keeping my teeth in good working order. They are true professionals that care about me as in individual. I am a happy client.

We have absolutely loved our experiences with Dr. Richard and team. We moved to the west side of town in 2019, randomly tried out their practice and have been going ever since. As someone who is usually terrified of the dentist due to more bad experiences than good, I have (mostly) overcome my anxiety in going to see Dr. Richard. Even my toddler aged son has had positive experiences there and gets excited when its his turn to go. We highly recommend!

Very impressed with how I was treated at my first office visit. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything that I needed to know. They took pictures and X-rays of my teeth and asked me my goals that I have for my smile. The hygienist, Brandi, was amazing and we had great conversations. I really love getting my teeth cleaned here. This was my first time back getting my teeth cleaned since covid. They follow all CDC and ADA recommendations for Covid safety and I watched them wipe down all surfaces of the room prior to seating me in the chair. They also have HEPA air filtration units in each room. Brandy is an amazing hygienist and took my knowledge to a whole new level. For years I have had cleanings and the hygienist will do a cancer screening, but Brandy told me what to look for and gave me a mirror so I could see what I should be checking for at home as well. I didn't even realize I should be doing that! The staff is friendly and the office is relaxing and beautiful. Dr. Richard has done a couple of fillings for me and she was so gentle with the injections. My husband also worked with her on doing locator implant dentures. He is so happy with how his teeth look and function, and he loves that his dentures stay in and look very natural. I highly recommend this office!

From the moment I arrived I was treated w courtesy and respect. I felt totally safe and all Covid 19 safety measures were taken. All of the equipment is covered in removable plastic , all of the rooms have air sanitizers I was advised ahead of time about the procedure z , everything happened on time and in the most professional manner The best part is the result . Dr. Richard is the best. She is quick and gentle. I used to hate the dentist before coming here. For those who have issues with insurance, double check before you go, it's that easy. Very shady practices here folks, watch your wallet. While I felt the staff was friendly and accommodating the practice as a whole was participating in some very unprofessional behavior. To tell a long story short they refrained from informing me that my insurance provider had become out of network until after my appointment despite the fact that I gave them my insurance card when I checked in. I received a bill that was 4 time higher then what I would have normally paid. When I confronted them about this they said they would work with me but then 3 weeks later they essentially said it was my fault I didn't know they had moved out of network and I was responsible for the bill. If you have to go here keep an eye on that bill.

My teeth have never gotten so much attention! We did photos AND x-rays. I felt the dentist spent an appropriate amount of time looking at my teeth and discussing any concerns. The hygienist was thorough and again explained any concerns and plans for further treatment. Would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I wish I could give Dr. Richard and Dr. Lesinki's staff 10 stars 🌟 They are always so welcoming and genuine. Jordan has been my dental assistant on all my visits, she not only remembers what I do for work, she also helps me plan treatment plans that make sense for my family financially. This office is not only easily accessible but is always clean and sanitized. They have regular temperature checks and don't make this pandemic feel like a pandemic. I was able to get an appointment very fast and hardly waited to be seen. Dr. Natalie Lisinski is amazing with young children, and is honest and clear. I'm blessed to have Dr Jamie Richard in my corner and Dr. Lisinski is doing a great job during Dr. Richard's maternity leave. Blessed this office is so close to home.

Initially I liked this dentist (my technician was great then sadly she moved out of state), then it was problematic to get an appointment (even 4 or 5 months out!), and then with my daughter’s appointment, they checked the insurance AFTER her appointment and told me it didn’t apply and gave me a bill that is twice what any other dentist has for a child appointment. My daughter is 2 and she doesn’t even have all her teeth, nor were xrays done. Watch your wallet!

I came to this office having not seen a dentist for several years. It was a wonderful experience. The entire staff is helpful, cheerful, and professional. I arrived on time for both appointments and didn't wait more than 5 minutes total. The techs and hygienists are absolutely top-notch and the dentist is calm, professional, and explains things clearly. They did a through exam, excellent cleaning, and were able to quickly get me in for follow-up work. Which was done very well and with top-notch pain management. Very nice office, clean and modern and they let you watch NetFlix during fillings which was great. Highly recommend.

They still have the practice of asking me questions while getting a cleaning, but hey they are just being friendly (I would prefer to meditate or watch something). They laid out the options for what my insurance should cover and what would need to be out of pocket in the future. I intend to go back for a follow up and they might be my new primary dentist.

To keep our family's experience short for the readers, I have a dental background and was first please with this business, but became leery after their customer service was unprofessional and then suddenly we all "needed fillings" after years of healthy teeth. Nothing changed with our our personal care, so we got second opinions---none of the work they suggested was needed. Watch your pocket books. They are tricky. Their clean and modern facility can give you a sense of security, but their business and dental practices are not ethical. Over $1,000.00 was saved from trusting my gut and getting a second opinion. No stars, if allowed.

I have been going to Dentistry at Golden Ridge regularly now for 4 years. Dr. Richards is the best dentist I've had. She is excellent at her profession and great with patients. As soon as you walk through the door a receptionist greets you. After my second visit they knew me by name. They are good at making you feel welcome. The environment is relaxing, clean, and modern. They have the latest technology. They put images of your teeth on a screen so you can see what they see. On my most recent visit they scanned my teeth with a 3-D imaging device that made a model of my teeth, which helped them make crowns for two of my teeth that fit perfectly. The dental hygienists and technicians are also great.

Dr Richard's completely ripped me off. They say it's 40k for a full set of implants but it's 60k. They wait until after u have had the surgery and have temporary dentures in and then spring it on u that it's another 20k and won't give u permanent teeth until u pay it. Go to nuvia .. they do the full set surgery and everything in 24 hours and they do an excellent job.

This is the only dentist I've never fretted going to, and therefore the only one I'll keep my appointments for every 6 months :) the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, I like the music, it's clean, and has lots of natural light.

We have tried our share of dentist and this place is the best so far. They are great at scheduling and keeping on their scheduled times. Their office is friendly and almost a family environment. Only drawback is the occasional dental hygienist and leaving a little sore after a cleaning. It could just be my lack of flossing.

I feel like I am going to the spa every time I go to the dentist! The chairs have a massage feature, the entire staff is calm and friendly, and they seem to make little efforts to make the experience as relaxing as possible--nice bathrooms, waiting area, etc. I have been a patient for about three years and am constantly impressed with their facility and care. Keep up the great work!

Dr. Richard and her team are awesome. I appreciate the consistency in their practice and love the follow-up and reminder calls. I have a 4-year-old daughter that sees Dr. Richard and I appreciate that my daughter had such a great first impression on what going to the dentist was like. On a regular basis my daughter asks if she can go see Dr. Jamie. They have a lot of distractions for those who have dentist office anxiety-her chairs are armed with small televisions with Netflix attached. We live all the way across town and probably pass 500 dentist offices on our way to see Dr. Richard however, we like the office, team, and dentist so much that we suffer through the Denver rush hour traffic to continue to see them. I would absolutely recommend Dentistry at Golden Ridge.

Throughout the entire process, I received some of the best customer service I've ever received. The first time I called and spoke to the receptionist, it was so nice, I even told my wife about it! Then, when arriving for my appointment, the office is very clean and laid out well. All of the equipment seemed to be of high quality. All of the staff was exceptional with making me feel welcome, that they cared about my pain/discomfort level, and that they really wanted to offer me quality service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to receive the best dental service available!

The office is always immaculate and relaxing. During my most recent visit I also had amazing customer service with all of the people I interacted with- from the darling front desk woman to my hygienist. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Richards is always professional and pleasant.

I have never been to a better dentistry practice in my entire life than Dentistry at Golden Ridge. I can't say enough good things about them. Contrary to another review, these folks are ORGANIZED and PROFESSIONAL to the extreme. My wife and I have been coming to Golden Ridge for nearly 3 years now and I am always impressed with how thorough and professional Dr. Richard and her staff are. I go twice a year and it is always a pleasure to see them. They remember the tiniest details about my preferences and always strive for maximum comfort. Dentistry at Golden Ridge is simply the BEST!!!

Dentistry at Golden Ridge is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, gentle, professional, competent and nice, it is a pleasure to go there! July 2026 UPDATE: I'm still going to Dentistry at Golden Ridge and it's still the best dental practice I've ever been to. I wanted to add to my review that I also really appreciate that Dr. Richard and team always have the newest and most innovative technologies available for their patients. As an example, I had a cleaning today and it was done using Guided Biofilm Therapy. It was very thorough, much more gentle than a traditional cleaning and absolutely painless!

Are you a mom with a toddler and need dental work? Me too! They take military Tricare insurance! Maybe due to earlier reviews, but the billing process has been easy and accurate. I've had my first crown here (Dr Richard was the one who noticed my top tooth had a jagged edge that was coming down as a sledge hammer on my bottom tooth which cracked it - she smoothed out the top jagged tooth a little which I noticed helped my bite and will protect my crown from the same experience). Not only am I happy with my dentist and billing, but I come in for my appointments with my toddler. I've had two cleanings, a crown, and a mouth guard. They're awesome. The waiting area is pretty and they have a play area, she can watch Barney instead of violent or fast-flickering "children's" movies, and she is always in view of the receptionist. Plenty of parking. I really appreciate not hiring a sitter for my appointments. Easy communication with Dr Richard who is also a mom of small kids.

I had a very different experience than the person who posted earlier -- perhaps a sign that all has been addressed. The staff at Dr. Richard's office are very thoughtful and friendly. The office itself is gorgeous -- literally, it's worth dropping by just to see the design. And Dr. Richard? She's about a nice a dentist as one can find! I'm glad this office opened in Golden.

THIS GROUP IS VERY UNORGINIZED, AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Wanted to have this group as my official dentist office (it's close to my house) . Set an appointment because I had a filling come out, and needed to see a dentist soon. They scheduled me for 3 days later. I got a call back later after I scheduled saying that they had to move my appointment to a later date (20 days later!!) Unfortunately I agreed.... Then, three days before my appointment they called to reschedule again! I will not be going here....
